Agreement to These Terms
These Terms govern your use of atlasautoglass.com and online services offered by Atlas Auto Glass. By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the online services.
Quotes and Auto Glass Services
Website content and online estimates are informational. A quote, appointment time, part selection, service location, insurance treatment, and calibration requirement are confirmed only after we review the vehicle, damage, availability, and other relevant details. Prices and availability may change if information is incomplete or the condition differs from what was submitted. Separate service documents presented at scheduling or service may also apply.
Your Responsibilities
Provide accurate contact, vehicle, VIN, damage, insurance, and location information; submit only content you have permission to share; maintain access to your accounts; and use the website lawfully. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a harmful manner, or use content to misrepresent Atlas Auto Glass.
Calls, Texts, and Electronic Communications
When you provide contact information, you authorize us to respond about your inquiry, quote, appointment, or service. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP. You are responsible for providing a number and email address you are authorized to use.
Google and Other Third-Party Services
Some features may connect to Google or other third-party services. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and privacy policies. You authorize only the access you approve. You can revoke Google access through your Google Account permissions. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

The website, branding, text, graphics, and software are owned by Atlas Auto Glass or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial evaluation and purchase of our services. No other license is granted.

Atlas Auto Glass will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use. Changes, Governing Law, and Contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Texas law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and applicable disputes will be handled in courts with jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas.
