Information We Collect
Atlas Auto Glass may collect information you submit through our website, phone, text message, email, quote forms, or service requests. This may include your name, email address, phone number, service address, vehicle year, make, model, VIN, photos, glass damage details, appointment information, and insurance or claim details you choose to provide.
We also collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and interactions with our website. Cookies and similar technologies may be used for site operation, analytics, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, and remembering preferences.
When you arrive by clicking one of our paid ads, we may record the ad click identifier, your IP address, a browser identifier stored in a first-party cookie, general device and browser characteristics, and how long you stayed and interacted with the page. We use this only to detect invalid, automated, or repeated ad clicks, and we may provide IP addresses to advertising platforms such as Google Ads so they are excluded from seeing our ads. This click information is kept for up to 90 days.

Google API Data
If you authorize an Atlas Auto Glass application to connect to a Google service, such as Google Search Console, the application may access the Google account and property information needed for the feature you request. This can include Search Console property lists, search performance data, indexing data, sitemap information, and related site-management information.
Google user data is used only to provide requested reporting, analysis, monitoring, and website optimization features. We do not sell Google user data, use it for personalized advertising, or transfer it except to service providers acting on our behalf, when you direct us to do so, or when required by law. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions. To request deletion of Google user data held by us, email [email protected] with the account and property to identify the data. We will delete or de-identify it unless retention is required by law or needed to resolve security, fraud, or legal matters.
How We Share Information
We may share information with vendors that host or support the website, communications, analytics, advertising measurement, scheduling, payment, insurance-claim, and service operations. They may use the information only to perform services for us. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including service records, accounting, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to identity verification and applicable exceptions. You can control cookies through browser settings and opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP. Service-related messages may still be sent when needed to complete a request. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
