Atlas Platform Terms of Service

Effective date: September 24, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are between Atlas Auto Glass ("we", "us") and the business that uses Atlas Platform (the "Shop"). By creating or using an account, the Shop agrees to them. If the Shop has a separate signed agreement with us, that agreement controls where the two conflict.

2. Accounts

Access is by invitation. The Shop is responsible for its users, for keeping logins secure, and for giving each user only the permissions they need.

3. Shop data

The Shop owns the data it puts into Atlas Platform, and lets us host and process it only to provide and support the service. The Shop is responsible for having the right to collect and use its customers' information. That includes any consent required for calls, call recording and text messages, for example under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state call-recording laws.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, spam or unsolicited texts, attempts to access other shops' data, reverse engineering, or overloading the service.

5. Third-party services

Features that connect to Google, Twilio, payment processors and others are also subject to those providers' terms. The Shop authorizes only the access it approves and can disconnect at any time. Our use of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Fees

Fees, if any, are as agreed with the Shop in writing.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Atlas Platform available and secure, but provide it "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. We may change features, and will give notice of changes that materially reduce functionality.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Reports such as ad spend, search, traffic and attribution are estimates and depend on third-party data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amounts the Shop paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if it paid nothing.

10. Termination

Either party may stop using the service at any time with notice. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk. After termination, the Shop can request an export within 30 days; we then delete the Shop's data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

The laws of the State of Texas govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and send material changes to Shop administrators.
