Atlas Platform is the system Atlas Auto Glass runs its shops on, and a small number of independent auto glass shops use it too. Each shop has its own private account, and no shop can see another shop's data. Access is by invitation from Atlas Auto Glass.
What it does

How Atlas Platform uses Google data
A shop can connect its own Google accounts. Only a shop administrator can connect them, from Settings → Integrations → Google Marketing, and they can disconnect at any time. Each shop chooses which of the following to allow on Google's consent screen:
- Google Ads. Atlas Platform lists the Ads accounts and conversion actions the administrator can access, so they can choose the shop's account. It reads the account's daily ad cost, clicks and impressions to show ad spend next to job revenue. When a lead who clicked an ad becomes a paid job, it reports that back to the shop's own Google Ads account as an offline conversion: the ad click ID, the time and the job value, never the customer's name, phone number, email or address. It never changes campaigns, bids or budgets.
- Google Search Console. Read-only. It lists the Search Console properties the administrator can access and reads the chosen property's search performance (search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position) to show which searches and pages bring the shop customers.
- Google Analytics. Read-only. It lists the GA4 properties the administrator can access and reads the chosen property's website traffic (sessions, engaged sessions, key events and new users by channel, source and landing page), including visits referred by AI assistants.
- Google Business Profile. Read-only use. It lists the Business Profile locations the administrator manages and reads the chosen locations' performance (calls, website clicks, direction requests, Search and Maps views, and monthly search keywords). It never posts, edits listings or replies to reviews.
It also reads the email address of the Google account used to connect, so the shop can see who authorized the connection.
Only the shop's administrators see this data, inside the shop's own Marketing dashboard. Atlas Platform never sells Google data, uses it for advertising, or uses it to train AI models.
Atlas Platform's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Details are in the Atlas Platform Privacy Policy.
